After your order is placed you'll receive a Details Document within 2 business days to gather your wording + design preferences. This will include a personalized timeline based on your event date and selections.
Upon completion your details document we will begin the design process. Once complete, a digital proof of your design will be sent for your review.
If your order includes a custom watercolor, illustration, or monogram, this will add an additional 4 weeks onto the design timeline.
Production will begin upon final approval of your artwork. Once approved, your order will ship in the following amount of time: Digital printing 2-3 weeks. Foil, Letterpress (or a combination of these) 4-6 weeks.
Your personalized timeline is based on: the event date you provided upon placing your order, the printing method/artwork choices selected, and 11+ years in event stationery and design industry. Adhering to the timeline requires an agreement between our clients and RGS to meet deadlines in order to have a seamless pre-event experience.
Please note that weather, holidays, and unforeseen delays may alter these dates slightly.
